014 - Architect (Restaurant & Hospitality Projects)

Employment Type: Project-Based
Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 2–4 weeks, followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Time Zone)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Revit Architect / Architectural Designer to support a US-based architecture and design firm specializing in restaurant and hospitality projects. This role requires more than strong drafting skills. We are looking for professionals who can think critically, identify potential project issues, communicate effectively with clients and project teams, and contribute proactively throughout the design and documentation process.

The ideal candidate has experience working on restaurant, hospitality, retail, or commercial projects and is comfortable collaborating directly with US-based architects, project managers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and BIM models using Revit.
• Produce construction documents, permit drawings, and design development packages.
• Coordinate architectural information with consultants and project team members.
• Review drawings and identify potential design conflicts, code issues, and coordination concerns.
• Participate in project meetings with US-based clients and design teams.
• Interpret sketches, markups, and design intent into accurate construction documents.
• Perform quality checks on drawings and models prior to submission.
• Communicate project challenges, risks, and recommendations proactively.
• Assist in maintaining project standards, templates, and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure project deadlines and quality expectations are achieved.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience producing construction documents for commercial, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience collaborating with international or US-based clients is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Architect
• Experience with restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail projects.
• Experience working within BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of US building codes and construction practices.
• Experience coordinating directly with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Teams.
