Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Create functional and aesthetically pleasing space that adheres to the requirements and vision of the client.

• Manage design projects from concept development for implementation.

• Develop and present project proposals.

• Adjust designs and plans to meet the client's needs.

• Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

• Conduct research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.

• Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations.

• Determine and adhere to budgets and timelines.

• Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Master’s degree is a plus

• Licensure and/or Certification Required: Licensed Architect is preferred

• At least 1-2 years experienced Architect

• Excellent in technical drawing

• Knowledge of Google Suite and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and consultation skills.

• Ability to translate client ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as drawings or models.
