Introduction:

A boundary-pushing architecture practice in New York is seeking a talented Architect to join their 15-person team. Known for their innovative work in the arts and cultural space, they’ve recently expanded into high-end residential and commercial architecture. The studio is deeply collaborative and values independent thinkers who take ownership of their work and thrive in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

This opportunity would suit an Architect with strong experience in cultural, residential, or commercial projects and a solid foundation in design and technical delivery. Candidates with experience at larger practices who are now looking for greater creative input and project exposure will feel at home here.

Office:

• New York

• Design-led, collaborative studio culture

• Full-time, Monday to Friday

Duties:

• Develop and deliver design-led architectural solutions across a variety of project types

• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders through all project stages

• Produce clear, detailed construction documents and technical packages

• Contribute to internal design reviews and client meetings

• Assist in Business Development initiatives and help strengthen the studio’s Client Network

• Support the broader design team with mentoring and problem-solving

Requirements:

• Background in high-quality cultural, residential, or commercial architecture

• Strong design sensibility paired with excellent technical and detailing ability

• Confident in design development and working closely with clients during meetings

• Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and codes

• Comfortable contributing to Business Development and expanding the Client Network

• Motivated self-learner with excellent communication and collaboration skills
