Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in architectural construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is a must.
• Proficient in construction software including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and site safety practices.
• Excellent project management and budget management skills.
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and stakeholder communication.
