Position Summary - Location: St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide architectural consultation and support in the planning, design, and coordination of complex projects
  • Apply advanced architectural concepts, technical knowledge, and design strategies to develop innovative solutions
  • Prepare and execute drawing production, design development, and construction documentation under the direction of a Project Manager
  • Develop creative design concepts, renderings, and presentation materials for client and internal review
  • Review and analyze planning studies, technical reports, and consultant deliverables to ensure project quality and consistency
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented studio culture (Level II)
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve technical design and coordination issues to maintain project schedules and momentum

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program preferred
  • 3–5+ years of professional architectural experience supporting projects of varying size and complexity
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing architectural licensure preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with architectural design, documentation, and project delivery processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with FEMA-funded, federal government, or public sector projects is a plus
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
