Architectural Technician - Wellington
An exciting opportunity to join our established Architecture team in Wellington!
Reporting to our Studio Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring architectural projects are delivered according to client expectations, through the provision of design, documentation and project management.
Your strong client & account management skills will ensure existing relationships with clients are continuously strengthened, whilst your business development and networking skills will ensure the Wellington portfolio continues to grow.
About you:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial architecture.
- Proven experience producing high quality work using software tools such as Revit & AutoCAD
- Experience across a wide range of building types and construction methods
- Exposure to complex integration of construction elements and coordination of building disciplines
- Current, clean drivers license
