Assistant Construction Manager
Pay: $50k-56k/yr (or more based on experience level)
Location: New Kent, VA
Travel: Within an hour and a half of New Kent, VA
Shift: Days, Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Residential Construction experience is required
- Minimum of 3 years of Residential Electrical experience
- Experienced with Residential Construction Sequence Plan
- Ability to problem solve on projects to minimize escalations to regional management
- Ability to be client facing and communicate well with clients and staff
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Strong organization and follow-through
