Duties:
Construction Managers are the face of Mammoth Construction in the field and are expected to maintain a professional, personal appearance. They meet frequently with owners, inspectors, and other professionals and are always present to witness the work being performed. This position requires regional travel in a roughly 500 mile radius of Charlotte, NC.

Duties:
Construction Managers are the face of Mammoth Construction in the field and are expected to maintain a professional, personal appearance. They meet frequently with owners, inspectors, and other professionals and are always present to witness the work being performed. This position requires regional travel in a roughly 500 mile radius of Charlotte, NC.
- Overseeing and coordinating all the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and other contract documents
- Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners
- Performing daily quality control and safety checks
- Report all safety incidents to the Senior Construction Manager
- Accurate and timely reporting of all daily jobsite activity within Construction Management Software
- Maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe job site
- Inventory and approve all building materials before installation
- Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with subcontractors and office personnel
- Conduct weekly task specific Toolbox Talks with subcontractors
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field; OR at least 15-20 years of applicable experience working for a commercial/industrial general contractor or construction manager.
- Ten years’ experience as a Construction Manager, Site Superintendent or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and explain to others the details within blueprints
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail with a focus on organization, cleanliness, and safety.
- Familiar with Procore or other construction software
- Punctual: on time, all the time!
- OSHA 30 certified or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
