An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of large infrastructure Project on a fixed term contract. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, construction delivery, commercial performance, stakeholder engagement and team leadership to ensure the project is delivered safely on time and within budget.

Manage the successful delivery of the construction project from planning through to completion, overseeing project performance across budgets, schedules, commercial outcomes and stakeholder expectations.
This role is located in Regional Victoria and will see you onsite Mon - Fri: 10-hour days with occasional half day Saturdays. Accommodation and meal allowance is provided
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 10 + years' experience delivering Tier 1 / Tier 2 infrastructure projects up to $100 million
- Commercial building / industrial background preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills across clients, subcontractors, consultants and regulatory bodies
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, planning and cost control
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership, quality and environmental compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
