Manage the day-to-day operations of reconstruction/construction projects. Deliver a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing reconstruction services.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers
- Set expectations and provide project updates to customers and subcontractors
- Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
- Review and prepare construction projects from detailed scope of work
- Facilitate, prepare, and acquire necessary materials for construction projects
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, local codes, and requirements
- Manage labor crew daily and delegate work load
- Plan schedule for labor crews factoring efficiency
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues and change orders
- Manage project budgets and maintain profitability
- Maintain quality standards through site inspections
- Provide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractors
- Coordinate inspections with local jurisdiction
- Identify areas outside of the contracted scope of work
- Perform final walk-through with customer and secure a Certificate of Satisfaction
- Residential and Commercial experience required
- Bachelor's degree helpful, but not required
- Xactimate experience helpful, but not required
