POSITION IS LOCATED IN NORTHEAST OHIO
The Construction Manager is a critical leadership role at DCOMM, positioned between the Supervisor and Operations Manager roles. This individual is responsible for managing multiple broadband Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects, including fiber optics, aerial, and underground construction. With a strong focus on project execution, this role emphasizes meeting deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to budgets while working closely with field supervisors, subcontractors, and customers. The Construction Manager ensures projects are completed efficiently and aligns with DCOMM’s operational goals and customer expectations. This role balances time between office-based responsibilities—such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting—and fieldwork, where the individual provides hands-on leadership and oversight.
