Yardex Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (6–10 years) with a strong background in manufacturing facilities projects. The ideal candidate will have managed industrial construction such as factories, warehouses, and utility-intensive plants. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with PMP certification preferred.
 

  • Experience Requirement: 6–10 years in construction management, with proven track record in industrial/manufacturing projects.

  • Project Types: Factories, warehouses, industrial plants, utilities integration.

  • Core Responsibilities:

    • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.

    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources.

    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.

    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

    • Supervise site activities and resolve technical issues.
       

    • Technical Skills:

      • Strong knowledge of industrial building codes and standards.

      • Familiarity with utilities (HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, power systems).

      • Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project).

      • Understanding of lean construction and workflow optimization.

    • Soft Skills:

      • Leadership and team management.

      • Problem-solving and decision-making.

      • Communication and stakeholder coordination.
         

      • Qualifications:

        • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

        • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

      • Location: Based in Ain Sokhna or other industrial zones
