Location: San Antonio, TX

Salary Range: $90/hr to $100/hr on W2

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role requires a dedicated individual with extensive experience in managing construction projects, particularly in the MEP domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction management.
• MEP experience with data centers.
• Safety experience.
• OSHA Certification  
• Experience leading meetings.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and P6 software.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Familiarity with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees and oversee their development and competence.
• Analyze technology and resource needs to assess project feasibility.
• Confer with management and staff to discuss project specifications.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
