Job Title: Construction Manager 5
Location: Dallas , TX
Salary Range:  $90/hr to $100/hr on W2

This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, and financial systems. You will work on leading-edge mission-critical projects for one of the best companies in the world.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 10 years of experience required
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Prior work experience in the client's industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
• Manage contractual dates and build specifications
• Direct site walks with lease providers and general contractors
• Submit weekly reports on current project status
