Duties & Responsibilities

  • National Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • 5–10 years' experience overseeing construction projects (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)
  • Proven experience managing site teams, subcontractors and project resources
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations & quality standards
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules and project specifications
  • Competency in project planning, budgeting and progress reporting
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
