Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (SPM), the CM role involves verifying compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and scheduled timelines, with oversight across all construction trades and subcontractors. While this role will primarily include standard day shifts, some construction activities may occasionally require night or weekend work.
