Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Planning: Manage and coordinate all daily on-site civil, structural, and electrical construction activities. Ensure the project aligns with the planned Master Construction Schedule and milestones. 
  • Contractor & Vendor Management: Supervise on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and local execution partners (e.g., piling, foundations, ICR/MCR, and module mounting structures). Monitor worker productivity and address local site disruptions. 
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement and enforce the Project Quality Plan and Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP). Overlook civil foundations, piling accuracy, and switchyard construction. 
  • Power Evacuation & Liaisoning: Work closely with the transmission and pooling substation (PSS) teams to ensure civil and electrical execution aligns with grid-connectivity and STU/MSETCL guidelines. 
  • Safety & Regulatory Protocols: Strictly enforce the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policy on-site to minimize operational risks and maintain a zero-incident workflow. 
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Land Acquisition teams, and corporate engineering offices to resolve design queries (RFIs) or change orders.
