You'll run multiple residential and commercial jobs-everything from small repairs to full-scale restorations. Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage and coordinate multiple repair projects from start to completion
  • Schedule repairs and site visits with homeowners and clients
  • Oversee daily construction activities for residential and commercial remodeling
  • Coordinate with trade partners, subcontractors, and site teams. Ensuring quality control on all jobs
  • Provide exceptional communication and updates to clients during active construction
  • Be available for after-hours emergency situations
  • Regularly visit job sites and maintain active field presence
  • Maintain accurate project records, timelines, and documentation

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Construction management
    • Insurance restoration or claim adjusting
    • Residential and Commercial remodeling project management
    • Estimating in the construction or insurance restoration field
  • High School Diploma, GED, or higher education
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (verbal and written)
  • Organized, efficient, and able to multitask across projects simultaneously
  • Strong computer, photo-taking, and technology skills
  • Resilient, patient, adaptable, and coachable
  • Empathy to assist homeowners throughout the stressful process of restoring their homes
  • Valid driver's license (company vehicle and gas provided)

Schedule:
  • Full-time | Monday to Friday
  • 9-hour workdays
  • After-hours availability may be required
