CONSTRUCTION MANAGER required urgently for a reputed High Rise Building Construction Company in Dubai:

Job Description:

Civil engineering with min. 8-10 years' experience in high rise building construction projects in UAE, worked with Main Contractors.
Strong experience managing residential, commercial, and fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements, including Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
