A growing construction environment is seeking a Construction Manager to take ownership of civil and structural projects, including roads, pipelines, bridges and reservoirs. This role offers exposure to multiple sites, strong project responsibility, and the opportunity to grow within an expanding business with a collaborative, open‑door culture. You will manage site operations, oversee teams, drive programming and cost reporting, and ensure successful delivery across multiple construction projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 10+ years’ experience in civil/structural construction
  • SACPCMP Registration (ESSENTIAL)
  • Strong experience in civil / structural projects
  • Knowledge of GCC and FIDIC contracts
  • Experience with programming and cost reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and contract specifications
  • Strong leadership and team management capability
