The Construction Manager is an FLSA-exempt position, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager in the Public Works Department. This position is responsible for the supervision of associate field engineers, construction inspectors, and survey parties, ensuring that construction conforms to design drawings and specifications, enforcing City Ordinances related to public improvements, and other similar duties.
