Position Overview: The Construction Manager will oversee the overall execution of the construction project, ensuring all phases meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. They will manage project timelines, resources, and communication between all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the construction project.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Monitor and report progress to senior management and the USACE team.
Develop and enforce project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in construction project management, focusing on government projects.
Strong knowledge of construction laws, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
