Job Description Summary

Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope. responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily construction activities to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to foresee the issue ahead and figure out the mitigation inclusive solution
• Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and workers.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
• Ensure all workers are trained and equipped with proper safety gear.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Verify and approve subcontractor invoices and material procurement.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government authorities.
• Conduct site meetings and provide reports on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate problem-solving among project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering preferably civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in site management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and HSE standards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
