We are seeking an owner’s Construction Manager to join our team. In this fixed-term position (through approximately August 2027), located at our client's site near Soda Springs, ID, you will report to the client’s Senior Project Manager onsite. As the Construction Manager, you will be the Owner's primary construction representative on site. You will be responsible for managing field construction and commissioning activities of a beneficiation plant for our client’s mining operation; responsible for helping to ensure the contractor has all the information needed to execute the work, and also to oversee the work from safety, quality, schedule and progress perspectives. The CM should have sufficient experience to anticipate potential problems and constraints and come up with solutions to meet the critical dates.
Work Arrangement: Work hours on-site are 60 hours per week. Home leave will be offered one weekend every 4 weeks (leaving Friday, returning Monday) and travel expenses reimbursed. Per diem and company vehicle will be provided for business use.
Compensation: $136,000 - $156,000 anticipated annual salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.

- May be responsible for all written reports and interface with clients. Reports may be written or given by formal presentation.

- Represents the Company in the field and may act as official liaison with client representatives, subcontractors, and government representatives, to ensure effective implementation of all Company and client policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains strong job and community relations.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent or relevant experience. Ten years of relevant experience including technical and supervisory experience is preferred; typically at least eight years supervisory and/or management experience; Manages work directly or indirectly through Managers.
- Manages multiple, related functional disciplines or a single highly specialized complex function; Develops and implements strategic programs and policies for their functional group, which will have impact on the overall organization; Complex project management capabilities; Works with executive management on significant matters influencing the organization’s business results, which may or may not include global strategies;
- Ability to visualize and design new concepts and ideas related to functional area of expertise; Broad knowledge of business operations and ability to implement and sometimes lead organizational change effectively; Solutions are derived from interpreted and applied general information.
- The ability to effectively communicate and present complex program proposals and reports to executive level management is critical. Ability to persuade and influence others is critical. Participative management style with a cooperative team approach. Proven leadership skills in multi-cultural and possibly multi-national environments. Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Industry Requirements: This role will require some of all of the following requirements at time of hire or during employment:
