Oversee horizontal directional drilling crews on a fast-paced fiber installation project. Must know HDD operations, safety, and field coordination.
>Understanding of fiber installation standards and depth requirements
>Ability to lead and coordinate drill crews and subcontractors
>Knowledge of utility locates and bore paths
>Skills in scheduling, production tracking, and problem-solving
>Ability to read prints, maps, and bore logs
>OSHA-aware
>Ability to Learn Project tracking app, "Penguin"
