Location: Based in Chester, VA with frequent travel to power generation facilities across the region
Type: Contract (12 Months)
Schedule: Full-Time | 5/40 with potential for Overtime
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $75–$85/hour (with expense reimbursement in lieu of per diem)
Mobilization/Demobilization Bonus: $500 at start and end of assignment
About the Client
Our client is executing a multi-site initiative to enhance cyber security infrastructure across its fleet of power generation facilities. These upgrades include physical and systems-level construction activities to safeguard critical energy infrastructure.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee field execution, ensure quality and safety compliance, and manage vendor performance across multiple project sites.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in industrial or power plant construction, particularly those who have worked on security or controls-related scopes. A willingness to travel and work on-site throughout the duration of projects is essential.
