Introduction

Are you a qualified Construction Manager with a passion for driving successful projects from start to finish? Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join  their dynamic team.

SACPCMP registration is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Solid experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance
  • Skilled in budget control, contract negotiations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Commitment to safety standards and sustainable building practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering.
  • Registered with SACPCMP (South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions) 
  • Proven track record in managing construction projects 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Ability to manage budgets, teams, and timelines effectively 

Package & Remuneration

 

R1.3 Million - R1,7 Million depending on experience. The offer is up to the clients discretion
