Construction Manager / Site Manager - Building

A well-established and reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and deliver high-quality building projects from inception through to completion.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years' experience within the construction industry
• Proven track record managing complex construction projects
• Strong leadership, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and health & safety legislation
• Ability to effectively manage project budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and site teams
• Experience updating and managing monthly construction programmes
• A qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular management reports
• Implement recovery plans where project delays occur and drive projects back on programme
