Construction Manager Fit-out & Joinery

• Lead the preparation scheduling coordination and monitoring of assigned engineering projects with precision and efficiency
  
• Enforce strict adherence to applicable codes industry best practices and rigorous QA,QC
  
• Engage in daily client interactions adeptly interpreting their needs and requirements
  
• Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
  
• Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops, attending meetings with project's official's contractors and suppliers.
  
• Determine and manage the required reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
  
• Direct the planning department for procurement production and installation program
  
• Operate, control and monitor project team performance and their productivity.
  
• Follow-up for monthly payment applications and payments.
  
• Timely submit variations and follow-up for approvals
  
• Follow-up site QA/QC and safety procedure as per site requirements
  
• Maintain safe and clean working environment at site by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 Years' experience in Joinery/Interior Fitout Works
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering Plus training courses.
  
• Certificate in project Management/Contract Management is an Advantage
