Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Construction Manager – Façade for large-scale, high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will oversee façade site execution, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance to ensure timely and defect-free delivery of curtain wall and cladding systems.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily façade installation activities for high-rise building projects.
- Manage façade subcontractors, site workforce, and lifting equipment (gondolas, cradles, hoists) to ensure optimal productivity.
- Review façade shop drawings, method statements, and risk assessments for constructability and compliance.
- Coordinate between site teams, façade designers, consultants, and structural/MEP subcontractors to resolve interface issues.
- Ensure field implementation aligns with approved façade BIM/Revit models and anchor point layouts.
- Enforce quality standards for unitized curtain walls, stick systems, glazing, cladding, and sealing.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly façade installation schedules with planning engineers.
- Track façade material deliveries, storage, and handling to avoid site delays.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and as-built façade documentation.
- Lead façade coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Implement delay recovery plans and ensure compliance with authority regulations.


Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years in contracting companies, with mandatory experience in high-rise building façade works (curtain wall, cladding, glazing).
- Core Competencies: Strong subcontractor management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
