Deputy Construction Manager - Facade

Job Objective

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project from initiation to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

• Lead and manage facade project, ensuring the completion of the project within time and budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to review design specifications and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress throughout the construction phase.
• Conduct regular site Meetings/visits to monitor the progress/inspect workmanship, resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, and ensure quality control.
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, reviewing change orders, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates, risks, and changes in scope or timeline.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams by assigning tasks, setting performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
