The Design Construction Manager is responsible for the day to day management of Facilities Construction. This role is responsible for managing the operational budget, timeline, risks, and delivery of daily operations. The Facilities Construction Manager is also responsible for the delivery of capital projects in support of key regional and system wide initiatives. This role is responsible for leading a project team and ensures that key deliverables and deadlines are met. This role has direct reports, and is responsible for the leadership of contractors and vendors and ensuring that these parties embrace our Mission and Core Values and deliver the project as contracted.
