• Hands-on construction project management experience
• Skilled in customer interaction and communicating project scope

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN ENERGY AUDITOR?

As an Energy Auditor, your day begins by leading a skilled crew through an in-depth energy audit. You meticulously assess the home, identifying key areas for improvement like insulation, duct sealing, and upgrading lighting to energy-efficient solutions. You hand out tasks to your small construction team, ensuring everyone understands their role while maintaining top-notch quality control. Throughout the project, you expertly manage timelines and communicate with the homeowner, keeping them informed every step of the way. From start to finish, you make sure the job is done efficiently without leaving a mess behind, all while optimizing the home's energy performance.

This full-time auditing role operates Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Our residential projects are small-scale (1 day), allowing for 4 jobs per week.
