  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project stakeholders

Requirements

This role requires extensive experience in environmental construction management, particularly on regulated remediation sites, combined with strong leadership and field execution capabilities. The ideal candidate is highly mobile, detail-oriented, and experienced in federal or large-scale infrastructure environments.

  • 8+ years of experience as a Construction Manager, Site Superintendent, or Quality Control Manager in environmental remediation projects
  • Experience with contaminated soil, sediment, groundwater, and large-scale environmental cleanup projects
  • Proven background working on federally regulated projects (e.g., EPA, USACE, CERCLA, RCRA environments)
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, site safety, and environmental compliance standards
  • Ability to travel at least 70% of the time and work on extended field assignments nationwide
  • Certifications including 40-hour HAZWOPER, OSHA 30, CQM-C, and First Aid/CPR/AED (required)
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills with attention to detail
