Job Summary:
If you thrive where complexity meets execution, this is your stage. From modernizing legacy systems to building next-generation uranium enrichment facilities, you’ll operate in a highly regulated NRC environment where safety, precision, and performance drive every decision. With more than $1B in planned construction, you’ll guide teams, influence outcomes, and help shape the future of domestic nuclear energy.
What You Will Do:
You’ll lead a team of construction engineers and serve as the driving force behind field execution—translating complex designs into safe, efficient, and high-quality construction outcomes. Acting as the key interface between engineering, EPC leadership, and contractors, you’ll guide constructability reviews, oversee work package development, and ensure seamless execution from planning through commissioning. You’ll manage cost, schedule, and contractor performance, enforce compliance with strict regulatory and safety standards, and take ownership of field issue resolution, testing, and final turnover—while continuously improving performance through lessons learned and smarter build strategies.
