Role: Town Planner
Client: Leading Planning & Development consultancy
Essentials: Degree in Town Planning, Development or related; 2+ years’ town planning experience; Strong knowledge of Irish planning legislation 
Location: South Dublin (office-based)
Salary: €48,000 – €60,000 DOE

Our client, a leading planning & development consultancy, is seeking a Planner to join its Dublin team. The role offers exposure to diverse planning projects and the opportunity to develop your expertise while supporting high-profile developments across Ireland.

• Prepare and manage planning applications, reports, and appeals.
• Provide planning policy advice and assess development opportunities.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Contribute to meetings and presentations, representing client interests.
• Mentor and support graduate/assistant planners.
• Play a key role in project delivery from inception to approval.
