What You’ll Do
- Lead heavy civil projects including site development, roadways, utilities, and excavation.
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field crews.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, engineers, and inspectors.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture built on safety and accountability.
- 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including field supervision and project management.
- Strong knowledge of site development, earthwork, and utility installation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
