  • Translate brand standards and design direction into compelling, buildable solutions.
  • Mentor and direct design staff while collaborating across disciplines and with external consultants/vendors.
  • Manage client and brand relationships with professionalism and creativity.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality results.

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in interior design, ideally with hospitality projects.
  • NCIDQ certification preferred.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), SketchUp, and Enscape rendering.
  • Knowledge of FF&E, specification writing (SPEXX or Specsources preferred), and construction documentation.
  • Ability to present confidently, communicate effectively, and foster strong client relationships.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to both lead and support project teams.

  • Company paid basic Life insurance, as well as short and long-term disability
  • Paid time off plus 14 paid holidays, flex-Friday scheduling in the summer months
  • 401k match after 1-year
  • Dog-friendly office setting
  • Remote Fridays
