Landscape Construction Manager - Bilingual

Headquartered in San Juan Capistrano, we’ve spent decades building both landscapes and relationships with hundreds of clients-turned-friends across Orange County. We offer a competitive starting salary between $90,000 - $95,000 annually depending on experience. Requirements for the Landscape Construction Manager-Bilingual:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• 3+ years of landscape or construction Production Management experience in a company with $3 million+ in revenue.
• 3+ years of experience leading a Production Division, including building team culture and driving profitability of projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of landscape processes for high-end residential projects design/build or other construction projects.
• Experience leading multiple in-house crews and subcontractor teams.

Responsibilities of the Landscape Construction Manager-Bilingual:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations—from kickoff to completion.
• Lead and manage the landscape production team, including scheduling, daily operations, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, estimating, and project management) to align field execution with project goals.
• Oversee and support crews in executing complex landscape construction and design/build projects.
• Perform ongoing quality assurance checks to ensure workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Manage internal crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to timelines.
• Track labor hours, materials usage, and job costs to support profitability goals
• Leverage project management software (e.g., Aspire, LMN) to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Provide clear direction, mentorship, and accountability to field staff.
• Support change orders, inspections, and client communications as needed to ensure seamless field operations.
