Owners Representative / Construction Manager – Advantage Point Group, Inc. Knoxville, IA | $50-60/hour + Benefits | Day Shift
Join our team as an Owner Representative! We’re looking for an experienced construction management professional to oversee and monitor subcontractors to ensure the work is done safely and compliant with the contract at a plant in Knoxville, Iowa.

Responsibilities: Scope of construction consists of installing infrastructure for a new nitrogen plant:
New electrical substation and building to protect substation
Demo of railroad track
Earthwork for foundations
Excavation
New pipe rack and piping
Fencing and lighting around foundations
Underground duct bank for electrical power to new substation
Electrical, sanitary sewer, water and storm sewer connections
Qualifications:
10 plus years of electrical, general, and mechanical piping construction experience required.
Heavy commercial/Industrial, power plant, energy, nuclear, chemical/industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
OSHA 30 Certification.
Schedule
Planned start date of October 1, 2025.
Duration: approximately 6 months.
Day Shift: 8-10 hours per day.
