The City of Madison Parking Division is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects, facility renovations, major maintenance initiatives, and technology upgrades across our parking system. This position manages projects from planning through construction, working with vendors, contractors, City agencies, and operational staff to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality facilities while minimizing impacts to daily operations. The position exercises considerable independent judgment and reports to the Parking Operations Manager.

Four (4) years of experience in applying the following:
Familiarity with procedural aspects of public sector contracting and capital budgeting processes.

Five (5) years of responsible, professional experience in the management and administration of construction and facilities projects; AND
Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or a closely related field.
