Title: Pre-Construction Estimator (LIHTC)

General Purpose
The Preconstruction Estimator for affordable housing will be bidding on LIHTC projects that are both renovation projects and new construction projects. This individual will play a critical role in the early stages of construction projects by analyzing state specific QAPs, construction plans, specifications, and other project documents to develop accurate cost estimates and budgets. This position involves working closely with the preconstruction team, developers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to assess materials, labor, and timelines, ensuring proposals are competitive and aligned with client expectations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction methods and costs are essential for success in this role.
