Our client is an established construction company delivering major civil infrastructure and road construction projects across South Africa. They are looking for an experienced Professional Construction Manager to take a leading role in the management and delivery of projects in the Northern Cape, ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years’ relevant experience in civil construction, with strong experience in road and infrastructure projects
- Education: BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management
- Registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager
- Proven experience managing large-scale civil construction and road projects from commencement through to completion
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, within budget, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee daily construction activities, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and professional consultants.
- Develop and monitor project programmes, resources and construction methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
