$100,000 – $120,000

Introduction:

A highly regarded architectural practice in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead and deliver complex multi-family developments. The firm is known for producing technically rigorous projects and for its collaborative approach to design delivery.

This opportunity would be ideal for a Project Architect or Senior Technical Architect with a background in large-scale multi-family projects and confidence using both AutoCAD and Revit.

Office:

• Santa Monica, CA

• 5 days per week in the office

Duties:

• Lead project delivery for new multi-family concrete structures (15+ stories)

• Manage renovation and conversion projects from design through construction

• Prepare and oversee full construction documents including interior fit-outs

• Apply expertise in International Building Code, Fair Housing, and ADA adaptability

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and interior designers

• Guide and mentor team members to ensure project objectives are achieved

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (minimum)

• Licensed Architect

• Strong technical background with large-scale multi-family and renovation/conversion experience

• Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit

• Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, and methods

• Strong communicator with proven coordination experience across consultants
