Our core area of business is facility management and maintenance of federal government properties. We have been in operation for over thirteen years and have existing contracts at locations across the country.


Position Summary

The Project Manager / Construction Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and performance of a facilities and grounds maintenance contract at a Department of Energy (DOE) site in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, and DOE standards. 

Requirements
  • Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
  • Managing Task Orders as instructed by the VP of Operations or appointed Management.
  • Ensure full compliance with all government, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently. 
  •  Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets contract and DOE standards.
  •  Ensure effective communication across all levels of the project team.
  • Oversee daily operations related to:
  1. Grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, landscaping, snow/ice removal). 
  2. Facilities maintenance (preventative and corrective maintenance).
  3. Minor and major construction and repair projects.  


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent time-management skills.


 

General Requirements:

  • US nationality/citizenship and residence, with verbal and written fluency in English.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in the company's random drug test program.
  • Clean background check dating back seven years and ability to obtain and maintain a clearance badge.
