Job Summary

The Project Manager � Interior Design is the key link between client vision and project delivery. You will manage projects from design intent through installation, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met. This role combines relationship management with hands-on execution, bringing design visions to life while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

� Manage FF&E and interior design projects from concept implementation through final installation and delivery
� Interpret design plans and ensure specifications are executed accurately
� Develop, track, and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope
� Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
� Collaborate with designers, architects, vendors, installers, and logistics partners
� Provide proactive updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
� Anticipate challenges in design or logistics and implement solutions quickly
� Maintain quality control, ensuring both design intent and client standards are achieved
� Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and improve future performance

Qualifications

� Bachelor�s degree in Interior Design, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
� 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in interior design, FF&E, or hospitality
� Proven ability to interpret and execute design documents, specifications, and schedules
� Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
� Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management is highly valued
� Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus, but design and client delivery focus is key
� Known for creativity, accountability, and thriving in fast-paced environments
