You'll own the full project lifecycle — from initial concept through construction administration — working alongside integrated engineering teams and directly with clients. Your Day-to-Day

• Lead architectural design and documentation from concept through construction administration
• Prepare, oversee, and coordinate construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure full compliance with applicable building codes and regulatory requirements
• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across architecture and engineering disciplines
• Engage directly with clients and participate in project presentations
• Mentor and develop junior architectural staff
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, quality, and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Architect (RA) license — required
• 10–15 years of architectural design and project management experience
• Deep working knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and project delivery processes
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong construction administration background with end-to-end project delivery experience
• Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software and design tools
• Effective communicator with proven client relationship and leadership skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active projects
