Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead all construction phases of large-scale oil and gas projects from planning to handover. This role involves managing budgets, guiding teams, enforcing strict safety standards, and ensuring timely project completion at remote field locations.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all construction activities at remote oil and gas field sites. Oversee civil and structural engineering works within complex project scopes. Ensure reporting and execution align with the strict standards of oil and gas majors.
• Maintain effective communication across multicultural teams and subcontractors
• Resolve on-site conflicts quickly using strong people management skills.
• Enforce flawless implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in civil & Structural Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 7 to 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas sector, specifically with industry majors.
Site Experience: Proven track record of working at remote, isolated locations or underrotation schedules.
 
Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, leadership, and people management abilities. 

Language: Fluent English (required for international oil and gas project standards); Russian and/or Turkish are preferable
