Senior Urban Planner - Client-side

Client: Residential Developer
Essentials: 4+ years’ post-qualification experience; Degree in Town Planning or Development Management; Strong reporting & GIS/IT skills.
Location: Hybrid in D4
Salary:  €65,000 - €70,000
Package: Annual Bonus, Health Insurance, Pension, Income Protection etc.

• Support site acquisition efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing feasibility studies, and conducting due diligence on planning risk and potential.
• Track national, regional, and local planning policies and development plans. Assist with preparing high-quality submissions and planning representations to influence strategic outcomes.
• Conduct geographic, demographic, and infrastructure research using ArcGIS and other tools to inform development strategies and optimise land use.
• Coordinate the timely submission of statutory certificates and ensure all planning compliance documentation is maintained and updated in line with legal and project requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external consultants (architects, engineers, planners) to manage planning applications and ensure deliverables are aligned with project timelines.
• Assist with maintaining the planning compliance tracker, preparing monthly planning reports, managing calendars, and providing general administrative and operational support to the planning team.
