The Construction Manager will oversee the day-to-day planning and execution of water and wastewater projects, coordinating project teams, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to project requirements. Responsibilities include managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinating engineering and design activities; evaluating project risks and resolving technical, budgetary, and scheduling issues; monitoring construction quality and safety; reviewing project progress and change requests; and providing regular status updates to management.

This is a Direct Hire position required to be fully in office/at project sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or related field preferred; experience considered.
• 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in the full project lifecycle of planning, design, contract preparation, procurement, and implementation of large-scale construction or integrated systems capital improvement projects, with a value of not less than $50 million.
• Water/Wastewater industry and Commercial/office building construction experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comprehensive experience in the preparation, budgeting, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and be able to travel to project sites as required.
